Itinerary

Day 1: Culture in Nairobi | 1 Night

Welcome to Nairobi and your adventures begins as soon as you arrive, you will be met by your guide and transferred to the House of Waine in the upscale suburb of Karen in your private 4×4 vehicle. The House of Waine has 11 rooms and is set amidst lush gardens – it’s the perfect private retreat after your long flight to Nairobi.

Relax in the afternoon to enjoy the hotels facilities including a heated swimming or the private gym. Enjoy the high tea on the green lawns or take short excursions less than 20 minutes from hotel such as the giraffe center- a center dedicated to the protection of the endangered Rothschild giraffe, the Daphne Sheldrick’s Elephant Sanctuary, where you can learn more about elephants or visit the Karen Blixen Museum for a history of this magnificent lady and the neighborhood named after her.

Days 2 - 5: Family Safari in the Maasai Mara | 3 Nights

Breakfast and later transfer to Wilson Airport to take the morning flight to the Masai Mara, on arrival in the Mara you will be met by your tour guide and transfer to Topi Mara Bush House, which will be your home in the bush for the next three days of your African safari. Topi House is strategically located along the migration route with good access to the eastern side of the Maasai Mara, an area teeming with wildlife and away from the crowds. The House has 3 spacious rooms, all en-suite which are linked by a large veranda. You will have the house exclusively to yourselves and will be able to tailor your daily activities and programs to your needs, your personal chef will be at hand to make home cooked meals, enjoy family times in the comfortable living room and dining area, for activities your guide will be able to offer the best advice, on the best times for safaris and also indulge you in activities such as animal tracking.

Days 5 - 9: Laikipia - Explore Kenya’s undiscovered North | 4 Nights

Depart Chyulu Hills and fly via Nairobi to the Masai Mara, to Mara North Conservancy, on arrival met by your guide and transfer to Mara Bush House, your home away from home, spend the next four days exploring the Mara from your private Mara home complete with chef, housekeeping staff and a manager to attend to your every request.

The Mara North Conservancy offers an exclusive game viewing experience away from the crowds, with your own private guide and vehicle set your own game viewing schedule, and enjoy your meals served where you like, the house has a swimming and Wi-Fi is available to share those golden moments with friends back home.

The Mara North Conservancy is famous for its large concentration of big cats and all year round wildlife, enjoy night game drives as well as bush walks and walking safari with your expert local guides.
